Refund Policy

1. General Information

This Refund Policy applies to all customers worldwide. Our business operates in accordance with German law, in particular the German Civil Code (Bürgerliches Gesetzbuch – BGB) and applicable EU consumer protection regulations.
For international customers, local mandatory consumer protection laws may additionally apply.

2. Right of Withdrawal (EU & Germany)

Consumers residing in the European Union, including Germany, have the legal right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days without giving any reason, in accordance with §355 BGB and EU Directive 2011/83/EU.

Withdrawal Period

The withdrawal period expires 14 days from:

• the day you receive the goods; or

• the day the contract is concluded for services or digital products.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us with a clear statement (email or written message).

3. Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from the contract:

• We will refund all payments received, including standard delivery costs.

• Refunds will be processed within 14 days from the day we receive your withdrawal notice.

• Refunds are made using the same payment method unless otherwise agreed.

4. Return of Goods (Physical Products)

• Products must be returned unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.

• Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect.

• We may withhold the refund until goods are received or proof of return is provided.

5. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

Under German and EU law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• Digital content delivered immediately after purchase if the customer has expressly agreed to waive the right of withdrawal.

• Services that have been fully performed with prior consent.

• Customized or made-to-order products.

• Sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed.

6. Defective or Incorrect Products

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please contact us immediately.
In such cases, you are entitled to:

• repair,

• replacement, or

• full refund,
  in accordance with §437 BGB.

7. International Customers (Non-EU)

For customers outside the EU:

• Refunds are granted according to this policy unless mandatory local law provides stronger consumer rights.

• Import duties, taxes, and shipping fees are non-refundable unless required by law.

8. Refund Processing Time

• Refunds are typically processed within 5–14 business days.

• Processing time may vary depending on the payment provider or bank.
